Frequently Asked Questions


On this page of our site, we have tried to address the questions our customers ask most often. If you do not see an answer to your question, or need further information, please contact us at our 800 number or by email. We will be glad to assist you.

1. How soon is my order shipped out to me?
If we receive your order before noon on Monday thru Friday, your order will be shipped the same day. We know you are anxious to receive your order as soon as possible. Exceptions would be either out-of-stock items or a question about your order and we are unable to reach you before our UPS daily pickup.

2. How long will it take my order to reach me?
UPS usually takes three(3) to five(5) business days to deliver your order. This is, of course, by ground shipping. Next day or 2nd day air would obviously arrive sooner.

3. What if my order is damaged?
When you receive your order, you should check it for damage at that time. If the outside appears damaged, you need to contact UPS so they may set up an inspection. They will then get in touch with us to advise of the damage and arrange to have it returned. You then need to call us so we may get you a replacement out as soon as possible.
